Metrics for success in the online (wine) industry
My buddy Rawson asked me “if someone asked you what the five most important metrics used to measure wine.com’s health/success what would you say?”
I don’t know why he asked me that but I thought it was a good question:
ebitda & cashflow - both important to get at product margins, scale effects and payables/inventory cycles
cash conversion cycle - are you funding...
